“I have been looking for a lame which is durable, attractive, does not use plastic and this is perfect. The scoring on my loaves has improved instantly and i can now create beautiful patterns in the dough. My only quibble is the box is a bit cheap looking and it comes in is wrapped in a huge sticky label so when you first open it, it looks disappointing but obviously this doesn’t affect the quality of the actual lame.”
“I have used this lame for sourdough and baguettes and it works a treat. Much better than searching for the sharpest knife in the kitchen when I want to make slashes in the dough. Easy to load the blades and safe enough to keep in the cutlery drawer in it's wooden box.”
