Use this tin to make Pan de Mie with your t55 flour. Perfect results every time. Best tins I own.

The instructions say you must prove the pan by oiling it and then baking at a high temperature. It just turned mine into a sticky mess which took an hour scrubbing with acetone to get it off. Then the detente on the lid needed adjusting so that it clicked shut properly. Otherwise ok.

I like sliced bread - mainly because I love toast. Boules don't give me what I need. I've also got a lot of recipes that are much better baked as a square loaf, and these pans do the trick. Bread comes out of them very easily - although I do keep a bit of silpat type material cut to the shape of the pan in the bottom. I've got three sizes of your pullman pans.

I have been trying to bake soft style sandwich bread for a long time, and this tin enabled me to finally achieve my goal! It pays to buy quality products. Very pleased with my purchase!
