“The bread turned out really well, although I did have a couple of rejects along the way; a result of trying to get the optimum amount of dough. I went for the 1.13kg but this proved to be too much and once risen I couldn’t get the lid on. After a little trial and error it appeared that with the formula I used, around 950g was optimum.
I tend to avoid non-stick tins because I find that my old tins seem to work much better but the non-stick surface on this one seems to work brilliantly. A worthwhile purchase.”
