“I’ve been using this yeast for several years . My dough always produces a bread that has a high dome , crusty outside and very tender inside. When making a new batch of dough I use a bighino from the previous dough that’s added as a lievito madre. This is organic and natural which provides a totally organic loaf of bread. Excellent!”
