Using organic ingredients is very important to me. I am not always able to purchase Bioreal in the US and am so happy that I can buy it at Bakery Bits.

Results are a bit disappointing at the moment. It seems to take more ch longer than non organic supermarket varieties. Is this normal? I am using 9g per 500g flour. I will persist.

It has taken me a long time to find organic dried yeast and it works really well. We like the texture and taste of the bread it produces. I have used it will lots of different types of flours and even combine it with a sourdough.

What a find! Organic natural yeast seems to be rather hard to come by these days. This stuff works very well and somehow smells a lot better than other yeasts...
