I used this flour as a 50% mix with the lovely French bread flour Per Belle T65 Bio and they made a very tasty, good textured Ciabatta

Made nice ciabatta bread with this flour but was surprised that the final product was brown Nice taste

This flour has produced very good results consistently since starting to use it & tastes & smells as a good loaf should.

A versatile quality flour for the serious baker. Ideal for Italian breads and as a base for a combination of garlic, tomatoes and bazil toping. Yet to try recipe on pack but expect it will be wonderful. Both forcacia and ciabata turned out just perfect bakes. Thought 3kg pack would be too much, next order coming soon!
