“This is a lovely white flour which is not bright white, due to the way it is produced. This seems to produce a more natural looking loaf and rises quite well.”

“Probably the best flour for my sourdough bread making I've used in the past two years! Working with/kneading it is a sheer pleasure as the dough stays gorgeously soft and pliable, retains the moisture without being sticky, and is strong at the same time. Mixes well too - I added wholemeal spelt and ancient grains flour to enhance nutrition and flavour, and the loaves came out super tasty indeed :) Will be ordering again soon for sure!”
