“Very affordable little gizmo for dough-scoring. Tried it out on a sourdough this week. Dipped it in water before scoring & it worked well. I didn't attempt anything arty but I was pleased with it for a first attempt. It is a very sharp blade to be without a cover, but stored somewhere sensible & not in a draw, it will be perfectly fine.”
