“It cuts cleanly - I usually oil it lightly before scoring my sourdough. I misread the description as I thought it came with a cover (main reason for buying it!). However, the "snap off" cover is exactly that - you snap the cover off and throw it away. Can't complain at the price though - just have to be careful where it's stored.”
