“I was skeptical as I have scored dough with a razor blade before, and wondered if this device would make a difference. It does. You get a clean deep cut without having to push into the dough. It doesn't stick as it cuts, and the quality of the cut is better than I have got before with a blade alone. I bought spare blades, as I'm not sure how long the blade will stay this sharp. A great purchase.”
