“A very easy to use lame. The curved blade has been used to produce good ears on the loaves as well as more intricate patterns. The protective cover is snug and fits well. A couple of times while cleaning it I've knocked the mechanism holding the blade in place which can result in a loose blade but it's been easily fixable, you have to handle it carefully. I've yet to replace the blade but it seems straightforward enough.”
