I use olive oil t grease it but it is still hard to get out. I would appreciate any hints you may have. It is obviously because the dough pushes through the holes. At the moment I use a plastic spatula and a needle (to release the bread from the holes) It's a bit painstaking but I will still be getting some 2 lb tins. Thank you.
