This whisk is just amazing. It mixes a bread dough in seconds. It is easy to clean and simple to use. I am very impressed with it. I bought it to mix all in one Artisan breads and couldn't believe how quickly the ingredients came together with the whisk. I certainly recommend it to anyone making this type of bread.

I'm very pleased with this. I make 2x1lb loaves about three times a week and the (standard-sized) whisk works really well for me. I have a slight problem with my left hand but with the whisk I can use that hand to hold the bowl and the better one to do the mixing - and I get better results than before!

I haven't really used this yet, as I started using a different sourdough recipe which doesn't need to be stirred/handled, but I'm still glad I got it as it will be useful. I also bought some dough cutters which are brilliant - I was really struggling before, but they make life such a breeze. thank you!

I generally make 'no knead bread', and the dough whisk has made the mixing so much easier, and the results better - I would not want to be without it, ever!

I now use my Dough Whisk for all my initial mixing of bread (and many thick cake mixes). Easy to clean - usually use a flexible dough scraper - the shape means you can get it unclogged with 3 quick wipes. Do I miss getting dough covered hands? It's growing on me...

Very impressed by the efficacy of this whisk, so much so I have changed my mind about buying a stand food mixer. As much as 'getting your hands in there' is a wonderful part of the process of bread making it isn't always practicable. Both hands covered in sticky dough is so often the signal for unexpected callers to arrive or phone, this whisk sails you through the claggy stage without loosing the pleasurable contact between baker and dough.
