“I bought this along with some other things as a novice baker and took a punt on this since it was tool of the month and also economical. This whisk is excellent and won't disappoint. What it allows you to do is to evenly mix up ingredients without making a mess everywhere. The flour is well mixed but you don't get a cloud of powder everywhere. Definitely worth having and since it's rather attractive (I got the long handled one), I have it out on a hook in the kitchen where it looks rather nice.”
