“I have only had the chance to use the whisk once so far, and the head of the whisk worked fine and mixed the dough very well.
My only criticism (which won't apply to everyone) is that the handle is very thin and is difficult to get a grip on when the dough is thick.
My hands are a bit on the arthritic side at times. I will be fitting a larger handle at some point to provide an easier grip.
