“This is the second banneton I had bought from Bakery Bits. It appears to be of superior quality - the wooden base makes it very stable and the cane quality cannot be faulted. Thanks to the tip included with the product I used rye flour to dust the banneton for the first bake and the prooved dough released perfectly onto the base of the cloche.
