“First time I have used this flour so decided to make a standard 500g loaf, using my usual proportions for stone ground flour. It produced a creamy pliable and sticky dough which was easily handled.Nice open texture and good crumb. Excellent golden crust and good flavour- good toast too.
Need to see how it goes with pizza and maybe baguette next”
