I've used the bannetons several times now and get exactly what I hoped for: well shaped and nicely marked loaves. I usually make 900g loaves and once they have risen they fill up the bannetons to the top with a kind of 'meniscus' rising above it.”

“Great basket for proving sourdough. Dusted with rye flour the dough doesn’t stick and just falls out of the basket once proving is complete. I haven’t used the liner and the basket is easy to clean with a small brush. Really pleased with my purchase. Good size for loaf with 500g of flour. I also have the 1.5 kg for making larger loaves.”
