“Love my Panibois. I now have both the 500g and the 250g. I use both for 500g loaves, the 500g one will no doubt fit up to 700g, but yet to try. These Panibois are great for home baking and the dough never stick. I would however not recomend for commercial bakes, as the structure is not as strong as a Brotform or wicker basket.”
