“These are excellent products; delivery took a while, but it was in the height of the 'flour frenzy' in UK due to lockdown, so not at all worried about that... sure the experience will be different in future. Sensible quantities for the homebaker and the website is a bread-baker's dream list of products.”
“Excellent addition to bread dough. A must in my own mix of flours/seeds for the weekly loaf. Many friends have commented favouably on my 'tasty loaf' which may be a comment on shop bought bread but the family like it and malted wheat flakes are an essential element (but Nuttimalt is also good).”
