“I decided to give one of these a go for flipping loaves off the couche. I previously used a peel or baking sheet, but now I have started using this, I realise how cumbersome it was without. 4 stars is only due to cost ~£10 for a small, albeit crafted piece of wood. Having shopped around though, I would say BBits are competitive - I saw similar for +£18 elsewhere!”
