“Ultimately, it’s a simple and beautiful piece of wood. At first, I thought it might be too big for my needs, as my baguettes are baked inside a Sassafras cloche, and consequently, are only around 25cm long.
Thing is, my beautiful wooden board holds two at a time, and with a bit of care, I can transfer my two short baguettes from board to cloche with no difficulty.
