“Having a left-handed lâme is a delight as a starter. So much equipment is generally right-handed. To have a lâme that slices its way through the top of a loaf like a hot knife through butter adds to that delight. But to have a handcrafted lâme with a beautifully shaped black walnut handle - that has its own box to nestle in safely between jobs - well, that's perfection!”

I was however disappointed with the delivery. I ordered with the product clearly marked "in stock" on the web site and still it took several weeks to deliver. I fear the indication on the site was misleading”
