I decided to buy two after watching Bakery Bits' online demonstration video. Not a lot to say about them. They were despatched promptly. I've found them very useful for cleanly scraping out all the dough from a mixing bowl and cutting dough into pieces. Although I prefer to use my hands as much as possible these are great for manipulating the mixture.”
