“Good as an accompaniment to the curved scraper. Solid enough to split the dough. I have a metal one for baking but the plastic one is better for the worktop.”
“A really useful tool which has been a godsend for my initial dough working practice. I’d prefer a slightly smaller size though as it seems a bit unwieldy when working at home with domestic size bowls and ingredients. That said I’m just starting out so my dexterity should improve”
