“I took up baking my own bread about 2 months ago.. Now make bread at least twice a week, sometimes more.. This linen was recommended to me, by my Aunt who has been baking bread for many years now. I have never had to flour it and was told that most bakers that use good quality linen, rarely do much more that shake it or brush it off and have had some of them for many years.. I have it stored away and have told anyone who uses the kitchen, that it is NOT a tea towel, hand towel, table cloth, giant napkin or a play mat etc. and anyone getting it dirty or spilling anything but clean water on it, will have to buy me two more to replace it. Highly recommended and excellent product for the price.”
