“Dust with semolina flour & bread/pizzas slide off onto your baking stone or whatever else your using. Using a peel makes the process of getting the bread/pizza into the oven very easy & fast.

“I have been perfecting my pizzas for some time. My base Is as best as I can get it without a proper pizza oven, which I don't have room for. I was give a pizza stone for Christmas which really makes a difference by replicating the heat of the floor of a pizza oven inside a domestic oven. However the stone gets very hot and putting the pizza in and then out needs a peel.
Bakery Bits had the peel I wanted for a good price and was deliveries very quickly, I noticed they have a good stock of pizza and other bakery items. I've now used the peel and produced some wicked pizzas. Thank you BakeryBits”
