I bought this primarily for using with my new pizza oven but with a view to using it in my conventional oven for bread baking and it has proven perfect for both. Used with semolina it gives me excellent movability of my doughs at fast speeds, vital to not lose any heat. Brilliant product, definitely recommend it and Bakery Bits quick delivery is also great

I tried out the 12" peel I recently brought from you this Sunday, the idea being that I would transfer my bread using the peel on to my La Cloche Dome which I also recently purchased from you. To my great disappointment the bread stuck to the peel, despite me dusting it earlier with fine semolina powder. To get it off and on to the cloche base totally distorted my loaf. If you could offer any suggestions to resolve this I would appreciate them. I have since read that I might have been better purchasing you wooden peel instead, but I went for this based on it being the most popular with other reviewers??.
