“I held off getting a peel for ages but eventually got fed up burning my wrists as well as losing all the heat from the oven while I manipulated the bread onto the tile. finally gave in and bought this peel; so much simpler and quicker. Now just have to master getting the sourdough the right consistency! PS found a flour/semolina mix on the peel helped to speed the process of delivery off the peel.”
