The fur is good quality. No harsh chemical scent instead it has natural soft milky scent. Fur and backing is very clean. No residue, stains or other containments. The workmanship on trimming and backing is prefect. Generous sizing.
As a bonus the customer service is outstanding. Utterly impeccable! a kind lady called Helen dealt with my orders and there a few hiccups. However the problem was dealt with efficiency and grace. This is a company that values their customers and their business. Especially during this hard time of the pandemic people can easily lose sight of their values and integrity. The staff here conducts their business with so much pride and accountability it's so rare to see.
