“I have mixed feelings - I purchased for a gift. The product quality is excellent. Just as photos & description imply. But the rug arrived in a compacted way that left marks on the pile and actual skin. I have complained to you already. 3 weeks in my airing cupboard has diminished but not erased the marks. It’s a pity & totally avoidable if packaged & transported correctly.”

The way in which we package our rugs does not typically cause us problems but sometimes marks do occur on natural products. In addition, products do get damaged in transit. “Service and prompt delivery were excellent, our month-old baby loves the comfort and coziness the sheepskin provides in her crib (under the sheet for now)helps her to settle more quickly and easily then stay there for longer; and the natural heat regulation is the icing on the cake. We bought a size that will transfer with her into a bigger cot later on and eventually likely go on the floor - Money well spent! (So much so we bought a second one for her carrycot that will sit in the car seat also)”
