We are so sorry you do not like the texture of the lambskin - as they are a natural product these do all vary somewhat but most customers do comment on how soft and silky they feel to the touch. There can be a slight shedding straight after the lambskin is cut into the pram liner but this is easily removed with brushing and shouldn't recur. If any customer is unhappy with a product and it is unused we are always happy to offer a refund - customer satisfaction is genuinely so important to us.
