Its build quality is good (it is plastic and does not have opulent stainless steel components) and the mechanism works reliably. It does take some tweaking to get it to work "just right," but the patient installer will be rewarded.
I am using it on a Rega 'table, which means that it mounts without the base. That's my only quibble with it - the manufacturer knows that the device is jut a bit too tall, and has resolved the problem by eliminating one of the parts (which, I believe, would make adjusting it a tad easier). However, I have been satisfied with using double-sided tape (as the manufacturer recommends) and it has worked fine. It is worth the price of admission.”
