“The first one wouldn't work but Audio Advisor sent me another. That one won't stay set as I want it and fails to lift the arm at the right time on a consistent basis.”
“This probably works as advertised but it will not fit in my Pioneer PL-550 turntable. There is not enough room between the platter and the tonearm mount to place the lift.”
“It gets the job done, just worried about longevity. I like that you can stick the base and slide the body in and out to adjust to different arm heights. It does pop up with force which sends the tone arm flying. For the price its a good solution.”
“Works perfect on my AR. I will probably add some Scotch double stick to add to the mounting. First I will go through a number of LP's
and make sure I am comfortable with the lift position before I add the double stick. It seems to work fine with the original adhesive,
but a little extra adhesion would not hurt anything. A little Blu Tack would accomplish the same thing.”
“I bought this for my Project Debut and it works perfectly for me. I can now relax when playing vinyl since I'm not worried about having to jump up at the end of each record.”
“This gizmo is very small and inconspicuous so you don't need to worry about it taking away from the looks of your table. Works every time I need it to.”
“This gadget has become an essential part of my turntable set-up. Often when I play a record I wander to another part of the house and don't get to cue before the end of the last song. This little gadget gives me piece of mind that my tonearm will be lifted, and there will be no damage to it, the cartridge and needle.”
