“IMHO, you really cannot judge a seller or vendor by the way they handle smooth seamless transactions. They are best judged by how they handle untoward events, adversity, broken machines or errors etc. I purchased a high end slot fed CD player made by Musical Fidelity (a very reputable company). The unit was discounted as a floor sample which was fine by me. It arrived DOA, not functioning. I called and was not only provided with a brand new unit (for which I expected to pay the difference in floor model and brand NIB, they sent me a NIB at the price of the demo unit. These are the things I never forget and will look to find ways to do business with Audio Advisor again. They deserve 5+ stars for how they handle things. R. L. (Michigan)”
