“I purchased a set of Pangea Audio Premier SE Turntable Cables for a new turntable. As soon as I connected them to my system a humming sound started resonating through my speakers. After replacing the Pangea RCA's, with a different set of cables the hum was gone. The humming sound was extremely loud with my vacuum tube phono preamplifier.”
“I grew up in home audio, I(my grand father owned a recording studio) ’m originally from Lawrence, Ks. home of Martin Logan I like beautiful sound but can’t afford the best.
That being said this RCA knocked it out of the park! I had a slight hum and it annoyed me something terrrible. I told my with about the hum and she couldn’t hear it. I kept complaining (a little) and she said get new RCAs. I looked and looked, then I came across these sweet amazing pieces of work.
The hum is GONE!!!! $99 is well worth it, I honestly was hesitant but now I know how much my ground loop made listening to Prince, Queen, to Neil Diamond difficult. But now I will need a new stylus because I’m going to use the !!!!! out of my turn table!
