“These are well made cables but did not work with my NAD C658 preamp. The cable end shells are too large in diameter to allow the cables to physically connect to the RCA inputs on the amp - there is not enough space to connect both cables. I changed to a lower-spec Pangea cable that uses a smaller diameter end shell and those worked fine.”

Definitely worth the investment and the cost was not outrageous but with audiophile quality...goes great with my huge pangea power cords. “Good bang for the Buck. Replaced Blue Jean cables that are connected to Parasound 2125v.2 amp, Parasound 200 pro preamp and Rotel CD11 tribute player. Speakers are Bowers and Wilkins 706 s2's. The veiled filtered sound is gone. Clarity is now apparent, especially in the treble range.”

“I had misplaced two pair of RCA interconnects and needed to connect my turntable to the phono stage. My prior interconnect for this was RCA to XLR and a change in equipment mandated all RCA. The Pangea cables were quite attractive, and the connectors themselves were top notch, but when used to connect the turntable to the phono stage they were far to sensitive to hum. I discussed this with an Audio Advisor representative who recommended a different product focused on this particular use case, and in the meantime I found the missing Audioquest silver extreme interconnects (nothing extreme about them). They were all I had and I put a pair between the turntable and phono stage, which took out most of the noise. The found cables had inferior jacks and overall gave off a lesser tier vibe, but they were unmistakably more quiet. The Pangea cables were put to use elsewhere and served well, but just are not quiet enough to connect a turntable with a low output MC cartridge to a phono stage.”
