“I absolutely recommend buying in advance. It was cheaper & much easier when collecting my tickets (using the printable voucher,) & the queue was much smaller.(You collect tickets at the group bookings building next to the main ticket office.) The booking process was simple & I was a first time user of the site. Do allow 2-3 hours for your visit as there's a few things to see. There are towers & walkways & different pieces of information around the site. There are quite a few steps, but bearing in mind the history of the site this is to be expected. The views are great. There is a separate queue inside for the crown jewels but it moved fairly quickly so didn't take too long. If you want to see a part of historical London add this to your list.”
