“I bought the tickets online with absolutely no problem a fantastic service. The tower of London however was a complete nightmare. There was no control of numbers we were herded in out like cattle. It took three quarters of an hour to it this one room”

“bought our tickets on line at a good price, the popularity of the poppies meant we still queued for about 30 min to get them and worse was people walking to the front of the queue and straight to a kiosk window and getting served, half term meant gazzilions of people everywhere, no defined queues, lots of people quizing others about what queue was what, more effort needed by the tower of london to organise things”

“Love to go sightseeing and was great to get these tickets, but it was so busy and waiting times were just outrageous so missed out on the crown jewels....the Beefeater was great and very informative and the poppies were absolutely fantastic, well worth a visit just to see them”

“I brought tickets for the family to see the poppies which have been planted at the Tower. The queues to collect tickets took approximately 1 hour and the queue to get in the actual Tower was longer. Once in the Tower the queues were even longer! We only got to visit the White Tower as thee queues were over 2 hours and will younger children this wasn't an option. Fantastic history and friendly staff.”

“I brought the tickets as a treat for my granddaughter gaining her DofE gold award. doing them on line no problems, but had to find a ticket office near Trafalgar Square not easy when your hotel is the other side of London. Eventually got the tickets found out the bus stop, No one checked our tickets, waist of time going to the shop why don't you just issue e-tickets.???”

“I went with family. My admiration to whoever thought of this wonderful tribute and to the staff at the Tower who did everything to assist in making the visit a memorable one. Their infinite patience and humour with the huge crowds was fantastic remaining polite and helpful, when they must have been very tired at the end of the day.”
