“Brought the tickets for a treat for my husband and myself. Was very disappointed that we could not get into see the crown jewels as the waiting time was so long , that was the whole point of going as he had never seen the crown jewels total waste of money.”

“Bought advance tickets to save time. Upon arrival,saw the ticket queue and was glad to have prebought. However, the barcode ticket from yourselves needed converting to a normal, entry ticket that could be scanned. Had to get into another queue for 35 minutes to get it converted. The pay on entry would have been quicker by 20 minutes. Very,very disappointed.”

“We came to london for two days to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and one of his requests was to visit the Tower. I thought I might find it boring but how wrong was I. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that was going on, well worth a visit :)”

“I brought my younger grandson (12) as part of his birthday weekend in London and we both loved everything about it. It was expensive but worth it - so. I hope so that I'll be bringing my older grandson (14) back for his birthday in March. See you then!,”
