“We saw the poppies at the tower and very little else.. the queues were absolutely huge.. 2 hours queue to see the crown jewels so we didnt see them! bitterly disappointed that we spent £42 for nothing. We spent maybe half hour in the tower grounds before realising that we werent going to see anything so we left!”

“The crowds attracted by the display of poppies were so huge that we would never have actually got in without skipping the queue with our pre-paid tickets. Not only were we waved straight in but at a discount to the normal ticket price too!”

“There was absolutely no guidance as to where to go, no queuing system. Tickets stated that you should go to the group booking office - which had queues longer than the normal ticket sales and when we finally got to the office they said oh you didnt need to wait you could have gone straight to the gate. This was not what the ticket said! When inside it took us 45 minutes to get out of one of the rooms again queuing and then to top it off, the queues for food were over an hour. All in all an atrocious day with little organisation at the tower. We spent about 30 minutes actually sightseeing in the tower then gave up and left - a total waste of the entrance fee.”

“I purchased our tickets through attractiontix.co.uk. On arriving at the tower there were Hugh queues waiting to buy entrance tickets at full price, we were able to collect our reduced priced tickets in minutes, no queues no fuss. Highly recommend them!”

“I pre booked tickets mainly as they were good value, still had to queue to collect but gave access via group entrance gate where there was no queue. Took my daughter and grandchildren, buggy access good but typically cobbled areas so uneven surfaces !!”
