“With a two week pass for all 3 parks it didn't matter if things got busy we could come and go as we wanted so leave when it got busy over lunchtime and go back in at suppertime when things quietened down.”

“Thought we had missed the boat as only decided to buy the day before we left. Spoke to customer services who said it wouldn’t be a problem. Voucher emailed to me immediately. Easy to redeem at one of the pick up windows (don’t forget to take along your credit proof of identity....I used my driving licence). Would recommend to anyone.”

“I bought 5 of the 3 park explorer tickets which were absolutely brilliant, even the guy who I redeemed them with at Universal said it was a good ticket. The reason for my But is that when I paid for the tickets I had an email straight away where I could print my voucher, again no problem, it was when we got to Universal and we had to redeem our tickets, the trouble was, we had to join the line which took just under two hours. I know this isn't Atrationtix fault but for the money it would of been nice to get the actual ticket to get into the parks rather than all that waiting in the blistering heat.”

“Bought 5 adult 3 park universal tickets and paid nearly £1200 . Printed the voucher waited in line at ticket office for 35 mins and when I was seen the voucher would not process , they tried multiple times and went off to contact someone in the UK , on returning they said my tickets were not in the system and after over 1 hour off further waiting they let me and family through and said they would resolve the issue with the company , my family thought I had been scammed. Buy hard tickets is my advice I did this with my Disney tickets with Florida Tix and had no problems. Universal great visited many times but Volcano Bay water park was poor , you have to wait hours for a water ride using a new watch scan process when you scan at the ride and return when it's your time , you can only scan 1 ride at a time, Disney water parks far better.”

“We bought tickets on a Thursday night and were able to use them on the Friday morning. The site stated the start date as the Sunday but the start date is from when you redeem them which we did almost straight away. Best price we found for two weeks.”

“These tickets were for me and a friend who were staying at Disney and we wanted to do universal for a couple of days. A lot of changes since the last time we were there all really good. Wish I could have spent longer there.”
