“My boyfriend and I purchased e-tickets over the phone to pick up at the park; the process was amazingly efficient and the man with whom we spoke was lovely. We visited Universal Studios and the Island of Adventure, both of which were astounding. The attention to detail in each attraction is exceptional, we could have spent days and days wandering around each park and there still would have been more to discover. An incredible experience!”

“We purchased the 14 day unlimited pass which was fabulous value for money. The flexibility meant that we could come and go as we pleased without the pressure to stay all day every day. We park hopped regularly via the Hogwarts express, and even went back just to spend an evening there and see it all in the dark. Fantastic.”

“Had a fantastic day at the universal park. We were well looked after by booking staff and tickets easy to collect with no queue at kiosks. Purchased priority pass separately and was well worth the money as the longest we queued was 10 mins even for big rides. Lots to do even if you don't like big roller coasters and there is plenty of those as well. The themes within each area meant you always had something new to look at around each corner.”

“Buying the tickets in the UK gets you a "will call" reference , which was very easy to collect at Universal using the automatic machines. Both parks are amazing and a good alternative to Disney .”

“Bought tickets and code given was easy to use to obtain tickets from the kiosk and no que. Only needed the tickets for 2 days even though has 14 days unlimited so value for money it wasn't necessary for me but could be worth it for others although only needed 2 days to do everything in universal anyway. Had to call them to book tickets as I was abroad so would be easier to be able to do it all online also staff who answer the calls are very rude and unhelpful.”
