“I bought tickets for five, received the voucher very quickly, but when we went to booth at universal to redeem it, it would not accept it! We then had to queue at ticket window which was annoying as we got there early to beat the queues on the rides. The problem was sorted quickly when we eventually got served but we could have done without the delay! Universal was fabulous as usual, very busy but brilliant nonetheless!”

“We bought our Universal Tickets (14 day deal) before we left home and they were delivered very quickly. However my son and his girlfriend decided to buy tickets in Florida once we arrived. They couldn't get any long term deals. I phoned from Florida and was able to buy them both the same Universal deal and a fantastic 14 day Disney deal which included a park-hopper and a deal for getting all the park photos. This was an amazing price compared to anything available in Florida. The vouchers were emailed and we just had to take them to the ticket booth on the way into the parks and get the tickets. Thank you very much and we will use you all the time now.”
