“Bio one pet odour remover + refresher smells lovely. The fact that it's animal-friendly but also neutralises the scent of any mishaps - bound to occur with a small puppy - makes it ideal for use on hard floors. Have had several positive comments about the smell of the house, so it's working well. Thank you!”

“Amzing product, I've tried lots of odour neutralisers, particularly for pets and this is the best one for pets I have come across in several years, I particularly love that it is enzymatic so doesn't just mask the odours for a short period. The starter kit is brilliant and worth having and the refill option is great (especially in a multipet household)... helps with clothing and bedding accidents! I have used the general one also which is perfect in refill size. Only other comment is that despite the sealed top and well wrapped packaging - the large refil bottle top still seem to come undone in transit.”

“I am a newcomer to Bio one and have been so impressed - this was my second order. Apart from it cleaning well, I like the fresh scent - I loathe very chemical smells. I am happy to use it around my dog. I have three of the concentrates and also some floor cleaner (which I've yet to try).”

“Ive used many enzime cleaners over the year having a home full of dogs n cats n i found this one last yr I find its the best .. removes odours , and leaves a pleasant clean smell . Yes its top end for price but i find it does what it says which to me is important”

“I find this product very effective in removing odour created by my dog. It removes even very strong smells such as urine plus leaves carpets and soft furnishings fresh smelling.”
