We are sorry to hear that Bio one™ has not been successful so far for you. We would love to see if we can help and understand where the odour is that you are trying to remove.
A little tip that may help, after diluting the concentrate in the dispensing bottle, make sure not to create a foam when pouring in the water, use liberally over the affected area, agitate with a cloth, and remove any excess, but leave still wet. Leave for 10-15 minutes, repeat this and leave for the magic to work.
Do try again and fingers crossed you will be odour free :)

“Finally a product that actually neutralises 'fox odour'
I was a little dubious initially because every time a fox left its mark right outside my kitchen door the odour would linger for a few days. It's such a odour that it literally wafts throughout the house. I feed a fox family at the bottom of the garden and so they are going to be leaving their scent. A couple of sprays of this where they've marked and it literally lessened the intensity of the odour which as anybody who has dogs knows its quite a pungent odour. I've even sprayed some of this on a towel and then rubbed my dog with it. She has a habit of sitting where the fox has peed unfortunately”

“Was a bit sceptical as most products that claim they can get rid of urine odour fail to live up to expectations. However this definitely has more effect than anything else we have tried ..we have five dogs using the garden as a bathroom and with three boys there is a lot of wee. So although it’s got its work cut out there is a huge improvement when we spray regularly at the ‘popular’ areas. We bought the larger bottle after trying the first one so that says a lot I think ! Our patio area has been a lot more useable since we got this product.”

“We have 2 dogs. At any one time, one or the other is stinky. This odour remover works really well, I've used it to spray as a mist over the dogs' beds and the carpeted stairs where the dogs like to lie. It doesn't just mask the smell, it disappears it. It has a light citrus scent, not overpowering at all. Once dry, it smells of nothing! Which is exactly what I wanted, I am sensitive to strong scents.”

“This is the most effective spray for cleaning up after lovely our old lady cat, no weird residue or bleaching/staining from use. The scent is lovely and prevents our flat from becoming unpleasantly "catty". This is just the second concentrate bottle I have bought and I can't recommend enough. The previously purchased 250ml bio one bottle still has enough concentrate to make at least 1 more bottle after 18 months, so the initial expense is well worth it.”
