“We have 2 dogs. At any one time, one or the other is stinky. This odour remover works really well, I've used it to spray as a mist over the dogs' beds and the carpeted stairs where the dogs like to lie. It doesn't just mask the smell, it disappears it. It has a light citrus scent, not overpowering at all. Once dry, it smells of nothing! Which is exactly what I wanted, I am sensitive to strong scents.”

“This is the most effective spray for cleaning up after lovely our old lady cat, no weird residue or bleaching/staining from use. The scent is lovely and prevents our flat from becoming unpleasantly "catty". This is just the second concentrate bottle I have bought and I can't recommend enough. The previously purchased 250ml bio one bottle still has enough concentrate to make at least 1 more bottle after 18 months, so the initial expense is well worth it.”

“Very effective have tried al lot of other products including a vet surgery specific one and nothing works as well as this I have an elderly Dog with a leaky bladder and this is the only thing I have found really cleans and neutralise the smells”

“Was expecting so much more. Doesn’t really make 14 bottles, unless they’re the smallest bottles ever! Also, the solution had massive clumps in it which couldn’t be broken down and mixed in as the rest of the solution would foam up and overflow. Avoid”

Dear Mohammed Thanks so much for the feedback. It is really important that you mix the concentrate to the correct ratio with water, in order to activate the live enzymes. If mixed to the correct ratio the eco pack makes 3.8litres of solution, and if you use our Bio one Mix and Spray bottle that equates to just over 14 bottles. The mix and spray bottles hold 250ml. You may sometimes notice white particles or flecks in the concentrate, this is completely normal and is the sediment from the enzymes, and is nothing to worry about, it does not in any way affect the efficiency of the product. We have however taken your comments on board and added this to our descriptions to avoid any concerns about this in the future. So thanks so much for bringing it to our attention.
