“I first saw bio one at the clean and tidy show this year. I stood for ages listening because I was just so amazing by a product that done something you want as a cleaner. I found out about the science behind the product. I have been obsessed since. So much. I donated my cleaning products. I honestly just couldn’t explain my love for this product. Well done”

“Pet accident , upset tummy and a cream carpet , not the best combination, this stuff worked brilliantly, sprayed the area , left for about 30-50 secs and then quite effortlessly really the stain and smell disappeared, the smell was totally neutralised , ,I can’t recommend this stuff enough , great on cat beds and areas the gang around ! Absolutely brilliant, pet owners you need to buy this 🥰 just ordered some more Thank you”

“This arrived yesterday. Although I've only used it once, it has nicely refreshed my dog's bed. Really I bought it for my son's football boots - boots notoriously smell of cat wee because of the sweat and bacteria. I've tried every hack going on the Internet and nothing touches the smell. I decided I might try a pet odour spray instead because of the enzymes. Gave them a light spray last night with this stuff and it's cleared the smell up!!! It won't prevent I shouldn't think but the fact that my porch no longer smells like a tom cat resides in there is massive - especially going into the winter months when the weather won't be good enough to air them outside!”

“Why has this been all my life. The bio one is a must have this product cleans amazing and smells fantastic Highly recommend amazing easy step by step instructions so never use to much or not enough again. Cloth is super thick and a great size”

Hi Amy Thanks so much for the review. So sorry to hear that Bio one didn't work for you. We will drop you an email to see if we can understand what the issues were with your carpet, and see if we can get to the bottom of why it didn't work for you. Bio one is completely natural, and as such will struggle to work if you have already tried to tackle the issue with a cleaning product containing chemicals or bleach, which could be the issue. Thanks so much for the feedback about a shaker, it was something we considered when developing this professional-grade range, but the deodorising powder comes in a large 2kilo tub which would be a bit too heavy to use as a shaker. “I had painted rattan chair seats with what turned out to be rancid paint. A horrid and very persistent smell. Tried bleach on one chair without much success. Aroma Care was utterly brilliant - totally annihilated the smell of rancid paint, and the Aroma smell is genuinely pleasant (not 'cleaning-product' nice).”
