Hi Lindsey, thanks so much for the feedback and so sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. We would love to get to the bottom of why it didn't work for you and see if we can work out why. A couple of little pointers to try first. 1. Enzymes need to be moist to work, so it is essential that the area is completely saturated, especially if it is a heavy stain, and it needs to be kept wet for at least 5-10 mins, whilst the enzymes do their job - if it drys out then they have evaporated. 2. Make sure you use cold water, hot water will kill the enzymes. 3. Make sure you aren't spraying it over the top of an area that you have already treated with a chemical cleaner, enzymes are natural, and chemicals (even residue) will kill them. Also if you use your own spray bottle make sure it is completely clean and chemical cleaning product free. 4. If the urine stain is on carpet, a sofa, mattress, car seat etc, or anywhere that has multiple levels of padding or underlay, you need to make sure that you have sprayed (or poured) enough of the solution on, so that it soaks down through the layers to where the problem is. Odour is caused by bad bacteria growing on the left over urine, where ever that is hiding, and unless we get to the root of the cause you won't get rid of it. Bio One works to actually eat this up, not just mask it, so it is essential that you saturate the area enough for it to soak to where the problem is. Hi Ashok, We are sorry to hear that Bio one™ has not been successful so far for you. We would love to see if we can help and understand where the odour is that you are trying to remove. A little tip that may help, after diluting the concentrate in the dispensing bottle, make sure not to create a foam when pouring in the water, use liberally over the affected area, agitate with a cloth, and remove any excess, but leave still wet. Leave for 10-15 minutes, repeat this and leave for the magic to work. Do try again and fingers crossed you will be odour free :) Happy Cleaning The Aroma Team

“Finally a product that actually neutralises 'fox odour' I was a little dubious initially because every time a fox left its mark right outside my kitchen door the odour would linger for a few days. It's such a odour that it literally wafts throughout the house. I feed a fox family at the bottom of the garden and so they are going to be leaving their scent. A couple of sprays of this where they've marked and it literally lessened the intensity of the odour which as anybody who has dogs knows its quite a pungent odour. I've even sprayed some of this on a towel and then rubbed my dog with it. She has a habit of sitting where the fox has peed unfortunately”

“Was a bit sceptical as most products that claim they can get rid of urine odour fail to live up to expectations. However this definitely has more effect than anything else we have tried ..we have five dogs using the garden as a bathroom and with three boys there is a lot of wee. So although it’s got its work cut out there is a huge improvement when we spray regularly at the ‘popular’ areas. We bought the larger bottle after trying the first one so that says a lot I think ! Our patio area has been a lot more useable since we got this product.”
