“Very effective have tried al lot of other products including a vet surgery specific one and nothing works as well as this I have an elderly Dog with a leaky bladder and this is the only thing I have found really cleans and neutralise the smells”

“Was expecting so much more. Doesn’t really make 14 bottles, unless they’re the smallest bottles ever! Also, the solution had massive clumps in it which couldn’t be broken down and mixed in as the rest of the solution would foam up and overflow. Avoid”

Dear Mohammed Thanks so much for the feedback. It is really important that you mix the concentrate to the correct ratio with water, in order to activate the live enzymes. If mixed to the correct ratio the eco pack makes 3.8litres of solution, and if you use our Bio one Mix and Spray bottle that equates to just over 14 bottles. The mix and spray bottles hold 250ml. You may sometimes notice white particles or flecks in the concentrate, this is completely normal and is the sediment from the enzymes, and is nothing to worry about, it does not in any way affect the efficiency of the product. We have however taken your comments on board and added this to our descriptions to avoid any concerns about this in the future. So thanks so much for bringing it to our attention. “I bought this solution bc w/ 2 dogs & a cat, despite cleaning regularly, the odours remained. I noticed the smell particularly if we’ve been away for a few days & return to the house having been shut up. Before our recent trip I used the Bio one on the pet beds & carpets. I am delighted to report that the house didn’t pong upon our return. It’s so refreshing to find a product that does what it says. I have also used this to clean the greasy overhead metal cooker filters & hood cooker hood. I was patient & allowed the solution to work then I could just wipe it off & they were spotless, better than when I had previously used the dishwasher to clean the filters. Spraying & leaving the solution to work takes patience (& in my case self control!) but then it’s just a wipe, polish dry & the work is done. I have stopped wasting my time & money on fabric refreshers that just don’t deliver. I highly recommend Bio one for odour elimination & tackling those horrid cleaning jobs effortlessly.”
