“This is very effective. A neighbour's cat had urinated on two of my rugs. I cleaned the rugs with bicarbonated soda and alcohol (surgical spirit) but even I could still smell the odour of urine. Then I found Bio One online and am delighted with its effect. The pack arrived very quickly. It contains the solution, a spray bottle to dilute the solution accurately, a nice thick cloth for rubbing the solution into the affected area and a bottle of hand santizer (what a nice touch). After the rugs had dried the same cat sniffed them and decided there was nothing interesting there. My experience with Bio one has been very good and I recommend it.”

“Firstly it doesn't kind of work, does it work well not really. If like me your cats urine is gross and strong its not going to remove it completely. Has it done the dogs yes but not cats. Your mileage may vary but I wouldn't recommend at the cost.”

Can we ask if it is the carpet that you are trying to remove this from and if you soaked the area a few times? Also, do you have underlay? This could potentially need a few more treatments. “I have 7 cats so there are the occasional accidents and smells I used this and to my surprise it really freshened up the room and spot on the carpet , so far happy to recommend, also sprayed it it the litter room and it got rid of the odour .”

“I am so pleased to have found a product which actually removes odours from my rugs and carpets. I have an elderly husky who has 'number 2' accidents quite frequently in the night. The rugs go outside for a full scrub down and dry off but the carpets are too static to do this and everything I have tried so far has never quite removed the residual smell. I have used Dettol, Zoflora and washing up liquid and always find that once it dries the odour persists. After a bad 2 nights I can certainly say that my carpets smell lovely, have no stains and with the added silver I am certain that they are now hygienic as well.”

“We tried everything and I mean everything to remove the odour from my leather sofa (cat had deficated on the throw I had over the sofa but the smell had penetrated into the leather). Fantastic product. Also used it again after clearing up cat sick. Highly recommend this product would definately buy again.”
