“This is amazing I use it to clean up puppy accidents, deodorise a mattress that following a ceiling leak it had become damp and created that fusty smell. After spraying with bio the smell completely went. I now use it for everything and everywhere.”

“This stuff is fantastic! I have a cat who suffers from separation anxiety and occasionally sprays on curtains and this is the only spray which actually works! It deters him from scent marking in the same place, neutralises the smell and smells great. One happy customer.”

Dear Katie, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback on Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher concentrate. Your input is truly appreciated, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you may have encountered with our product. We're sorry to hear that Bio one™ did not effectively remove the smell or prevent your cat from weeing in the area. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to make things right for you. We would love for you to try it again and follow these little pointer which hopefully will help. • Make sure you use your mix and spray bottle, or if you use your own spray bottle, then make sure it is thoroughly rinse out, as enzymes don't like chemicals, infact chemical cleaners will kill off the natural enzymes. • Make sure you mix the solution to the directions, this is really important as the enzymes are asleep in their concentrated formula, and you have to mix with the correct amount of water to wake them up. • Make sure you use cool water, hot water will kill off the enzymes. • The enzymes will keep working whilst they are damp, so make sure you spray enough on the target area. Spray some more if it is drying too quickly. • If it is a soft surface, such as a sofa, carpet or mat, then spray extra, as urine (and the bad bacteria that grows on it, which is what makes the malodour) seeps down into the fibres of the soft surface, therefore if you do not saturate the area then the enzymes are not getting to the root of the problem to eliminate it. So make sure on soft surfaces you really saturate the area, and if it is a carpet with pile, then gently agitate to really work the solution into it. • and the most important tip, is give it time to work. Enzymes will keep working and eating the urine until it either dries up or there is nothing left. • finally, if it was a particularly bad stain then treat is a second time.
